Suggestion of new display standards for tablets

16:9, 16:10 ratio display has been widely used to show videos near so-called 'golden ratio' invented by Ancient Greeks.
However, considering that a tablet is more used to see books and such things compared to phones, standard paper size is more considerable, which is invented by Germans.
If we express this ratio sqrt(2):1 into 16:x form, the ratio is 16:11. So here we may define new ratio 16:11. We may now have old 16:12, new 16:11, obsolete 16:10, and HD 16:9 now.
Now, I think that a tablet should be at least bigger than iPad, and natively support HD video. Thus, one dimension should be 1920 pixels.
Best dimensions met this criteria are: 10.990 inch display with 212 dpi. 1920x1320 pixels. 230.04 mm x 158.15 mm.
Bezels will be less than 11 mm considering iPad mini and new iPad.
